Chicken Lettuce Wraps


Chicken Marinade

  • ½ cup of soya sauce
  • 4  tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • splash of balsamic vinegar (I used white)
  • 1 tablespoon of green onion minced
  • •2 chicken breast—diced into small pieces, add to marinade
  • •½ cucumber- skins and sliced into match stick pieces
  • •½ cup of cheese—grated
  • •2 heads of romaine lettuce, cleaned, washed and ready to serve in whole form
  • •1 avocado—sliced
  • •2 cups of rice cooked (2 cups of raw rice, 4 cups of water, bring to boil, then simmer once boils for 18 minutes—take off heat)

Lay down lettuce, top with desired toppings and roll over and enjoy!
